Escape with the Polar Bear Club
Embrace the Uncomfortable
About Us
About Us
At the Polar Bear Club, we’re dedicated to unlocking human potential through ice therapy, breathwork, meditation, and holistic spiritual ceremonies. Based in Glasgow, we’re a community of like-minded individuals who believe in embracing the uncomfortable — in the water, in the breath, and in life — to build strength, resilience, and deep inner connection.
We host regular meet-ups, workshops, and transformational practices designed to help people reconnect with themselves and each other. While cold water therapy remains at the core of what we do, we also support those navigating challenges such as alcoholism, addiction, and mental health struggles, as well as anyone seeking a healthier, happier, more grounded life.
Join us, step into the cold, breathe deeply, open your heart, and discover what you’re truly capable of.
