We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To provide fair and efficient service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy for changes made within 24 hours: Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel to avoid incurring the cancellation fee. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, a rescheduling fee of £5 may apply. We will do our best to accommodate your request for a new appointment time, subject to availability. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unavoidable situations may occur. In such cases, please contact us immediately, and we will consider waiving the cancellation or rescheduling fees on a case-by-case basis.
