Service Description
Experience guided cold exposure and ice therapy with the Polar Bear Club, where expert coaches support you through the benefits of cold water immersion and sauna use in a calm, controlled setting. Although this service books as a 30 minute slot, sessions typically last at least an hour. This allows sufficient time to move between the ice bath and sauna, regulate your breathing, and recover fully without rushing the experience. With a focus on mindfulness, resilience and nervous system regulation, each session supports mental clarity, physical vitality and long term wellbeing. You will be guided throughout, ensuring the experience is safe, purposeful and tailored to your comfort and ability. This is not about endurance, but about learning how to remain calm under pressure and carry those skills beyond the session.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To provide fair and efficient service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy for changes made within 24 hours: Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel to avoid incurring the cancellation fee. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, a rescheduling fee of £5 may apply. We will do our best to accommodate your request for a new appointment time, subject to availability. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unavoidable situations may occur. In such cases, please contact us immediately, and we will consider waiving the cancellation or rescheduling fees on a case-by-case basis.
