Service Description
Enjoy a guided ice bath and sauna session together as a small group in a calm and supportive environment at the Polar Bear Club. This experience is designed for up to four people, with shared ice baths and steady guidance to help everyone feel comfortable and supported throughout. Although this service books as a 1 hour slot, sessions can easily last up to 2 hours. This allows plenty of time for everyone to take turns, move between the ice bath and sauna, warm up properly and enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. The focus is on mindfulness, connection and resilience rather than endurance. You are encouraged to work with the cold at your own pace, supporting both mental clarity and physical wellbeing, while sharing a meaningful experience together.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To provide fair and efficient service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy for changes made within 24 hours: Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel to avoid incurring the cancellation fee. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, a rescheduling fee of £5 may apply. We will do our best to accommodate your request for a new appointment time, subject to availability. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unavoidable situations may occur. In such cases, please contact us immediately, and we will consider waiving the cancellation or rescheduling fees on a case-by-case basis. We value your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation and rescheduling policy. These guidelines allow us to optimize our schedule and offer timely services to all our clients.
