Service Description
Ice Bath (for 10 people) Experience Recharge your body and mind with our guided ice bath experience that blends the energising power of cold with the soothing heat of our sauna. After being welcomed, you’ll move through a balanced flow of instruction, ice, and heat: Guidance: We’ll start with a relaxed, informative chat with one of our expert coaches, who’ll walk you through the process and share tips on how to get the most from your session. Ice Bath: Then it’s time to take the plunge into our zero-degree ice bath - a refreshing way to wake up your body, clear your mind and kickstart recovery. Sauna & Contrast: After the ice, you’ll head into our custom-built sauna to warm up, relax your muscles, and deepen your recovery. If you’re up for it, you’ll also have the chance to try contrast therapy - alternating between hot and cold to boost circulation and leave you feeling truly revitalised. Whether you’re an athlete looking to speed up physical recovery, on a personal sobriety journey or just curious to try something new for your wellbeing, this is a unique and powerful way to reset both body and mind. Please allow approximately three hours for this unique experience. Exclusive use of our ice baths and sauna for your group - teambuilding, birthday party, family night - will make your night extra special!
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To provide fair and efficient service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy for changes made within 24 hours: Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel to avoid incurring the cancellation fee. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, a rescheduling fee of £5 may apply. We will do our best to accommodate your request for a new appointment time, subject to availability. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unavoidable situations may occur. In such cases, please contact us immediately, and we will consider waiving the cancellation or rescheduling fees on a case-by-case basis. We value your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation and rescheduling policy. These guidelines allow us to optimize our schedule and offer timely services to all our clients.
